"They do good work I like the way they shaped my nails they look more natural because I don't wear really long ones because of my job and sometimes they actually give me a break on how many nails I break because I often come in with broken nails from my work but the service is fast. You don't have to spend half the day waiting to get your nails done like you doing some nail shops and the service is good. Ever since I've been there because my other nail shop was full I changed it started going the extra nail because they go the extra length to make sure you're satisfied I never feel bad about tipping because they deserve it. I usually stick with the same person Jenny and she's awesome. There's other people there qualified as well but once I find a good person I like to deal with the same person regularly."

"I’ve been to most places in Ocean Springs and this has been my favorite. However, most times I got my nails done by Ann (who is phenomenal). This time I had them done by someone who has never done them. The nail tech did not put the acrylic to the cuticle line and did not polish to the cuticle line, even though I asked her 3 times to please do that. So I paid for a refill and tipped (before the polish) only to have nails that look like they still need a refill because there is space above the fake nail to the cuticle. Please explain the importance of this to your nail techs. No one wants to look like their nails were done last week when they walk out of the salon with a fresh refill. I gave 3 stars because I love Ann and I’ve never had this issue before. However, this experience was less than 1 Star."

"I had a very good experience here. The atmosphere and customer service were both very pleasant. The young man that did my nails did not do a rushed job. I am thoroughly pleased and I will be back again."
