"The reason for 2 stars is because the woman is very nice. She calmed me down when I was anxious and is great at small talk. Unfortunately, my septum will have to be redone. It was placed very low + so close to the tip of my nose. She proceeded to show me google images of different septum’s when I brought it to her attention so show how everyone’s is different but failed to notice that the ones that looked like mine were labeled, “septum done wrong”. When you arrive you also do not sign a waiver. Instead, you write down your license ID and are also not given any after care instructions aside from “blow bubbles” While this may be a case by case basis, I think when it comes to a delicate piercing like this, there should be more care. I am very upset because not only did it hurt like hell, but I tend to put a lot of trust in both piercers + tattoo artists."

"They maintain a very clean and professional atmosphere are do top notch work. I have had several tattoos done by Sis and will return for several more as he does amazing work. I also just had two daith piercings done today by John--he is talented, explains every step before he takes it and really helped to put me at ease during the process (I've never had a cartilage piercing and didn't know what to expect).
