"Had my lower helix pierced here and the piercer (whose name I sadly forgot) not only told me she pierced it wrong but was extremely rough with the needle still in my ear. This piercing never healed. I also had my helix repierced at the same time which came out fine but has never fully healed. The tattoo I received here was great and healed within a few days."

"The guy who does piercings is great, he works quickly and efficiently, and did a perfect job. Unfortunately weren't able to get a tattoo. We were ignored, they talked directly to all the other guests. Talked to people waiting at the desk, they immediately left to talk to other guests, not acknowledging us. Unfortunate, looks like they do great work. And the piercings guy is fantastic."

"Very welcoming environment, the place was very well kept and clean. My artist sat with me to construct my tattoo, he went in detail of what to expect for pricing, aftercare and I watched him set up a clean space for me to be tattooed. He also worked with me to get the correct size and art that I wanted. My tattoo healed beautifully. I love their sister shop Red Kirin as well. Every artist is talented in their own way. Highly recommend, I also get a lot of compliments on the tattoos that was done here."
