"I only get my nails done for special occasions so I don’t have as much experience or a salon I frequent. The shop is clean, staff was friendly and professional, the atmosphere chill and laidback. The only male tech took me immediately and quickly removed the at home kit set my 11 yo niece did for my birthday-they were bad but it was good for bonding time. He was quiet and worked quickly, which is great for me as an introvert, but he couldn’t do any of the designs I originally wanted and some nails don’t fully touch the cuticle, giving it a dated look. A younger woman had to do the polish and styling. She really saved the day!! She gave me honest feedback and opinions as she agonized over each design detail, and made sure I left happy. I’d come back just for her if I didn’t live so far. I added the glitter and stones later just to see if I could jazz it up whenever the urge to switch colors and details hit me."

"i got a white gel manicure and my nails are un-smooth and there is dirt in in the polish. my nails need another layer of polish there was nail polish all over my skin. the store is disgusting and very unsanitary."
