"I like some of the stores...but. cardinal point could be really cool. It had a great central location. We need to make that are go from one of the worst commercial spaces in town to the absolute best! I wish the whole area could be rebuilt from scratch in a way that is good for the economy,neighborhood, and environment while promoting future growth away from the mall area expansion. As that dinosaur slowly does, communities will want to be engaged with a different kind of shopping experience and smarter community commercial zone usage. Yes. There is a car charging station in my vision - and local hair salons, restaurants, maybe a Starbucks, and small business opportunities, smart traffic patterns and parking, and, and..."
