"Sam is unprofessional. First encounter, nice guy. When my relative came back for a touch up he instantly had an attitude. And the tattoo still needs a touch up. I couldn’t get a touch up because the guy that did mine was not in. I reached out to my artist to schedule for the next day which unfortunately he was not in when i arrived. Sam says “He’s not in yet. You got too excited.” Fast forward, I return to get my touch up the following week. Sam starts verbally attacking his co worker. Trying to belittle this man, speak on his personal life and telling him to meet you after work in your business in front of customers is very tacky. There’s a way to conduct business and he lacks professionalism."
