    "This place is an absolute rip off. My 16 year daughter went (alone) in to get a basic pedicure and gel polish on her nails and toes. I was on the phone with her when she she told them exactly what she wanted. The nail tech kept suggesting services like “acrylic?” “Gel manicure” my daughter kept saying no. Well the nail tech decided that she would do what she wanted to do anyway. Her services came out to $83 for what should have been a $55 service. On top of that my daughter tipped because that is what I have always told her was the right thing to do. I will never go back to this place. You do not take advantage of kids like that‼️ I’m very disappointed and upset that she was taken advantage of. They knew exactly what they were doing. My daughter just told me also that the nail tech was on her phone the entire. So that is probably why she did not hear her say no to those extra services that she added on. I am so mad I feel like someone has stolen from me. When I called to see why her services were so expensive they try to tell me that they had not even seen her today. The person that answered the phone exact words were we did not do a 16 year old today. I have video and pictures from the time that my daughter was in the salon because I was at work and she was sending me videos and pictures while receiving services. I was told to bring my daughter back to the salon. When we got there the nail tech explained that she had given my daughter a gel manicure and that added a extra $35 to her service. When I told her I was on the phone with her and that is not what she asked for it she said well the services have been provided. I never asked for a refund I just wanted her to understand that you cannot force services on someone after they say no. Just because you perform that service does not mean that the customer has to pay for it when they already told you that they did not want it. I guarantee that she will not do an adult like that. It is disgraceful‼️"
