"I was a walk-in and was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. Asked what I wanted to get done far as my tattoo. The original wait time was going to be an hour but one of the guys ( Jesus ) stepped up to do it. I’m glad he did because my tattoos came out clean!!! Also, he was cool to work with. I definitely will be going back. The shop was clean, and fresh I might add. Which is a plus."
"I went into get a Monroe piercing on January 26. I was never given care instructions. The next day the ball came off at work and I couldn’t find it so I had to use the ball from my rook piercing. I called about getting the care instructions and the new ball but the girl was leaving early. Coincidentally, the girl was going to Hildale for an appointment and that is where I work so she said she would drop everything off. However, that never happened. The ball kept coming off until I completely lost it when I was attending a funeral in South Jordan. By the time, I got home it had started closing up and had pus coming out. I was so frustrated that I decided to not bother with it anymore. I called today to see if they could give me a discount. She kept saying it was circumstantial and the only thing that they could do was give me a 5% discount. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there again."
