"I walked in to discuss a birthmark cover up, Mike fit me in even though they were booked well into the future. They were so accommodating and kind. Mike made up a fantastic tattoo and did it perfectly. Love the staff, such a relaxing environment for my first tattoo. I'll definitely be back, and I recommend any of them! They do amazing work and they'll make sure you get what you need. I am beyond happy with what I walked out with, I can't thank them enough for helping me figure out what would work best for me."

"Just waited 40 minutes in the cold for one helix piercing and they came and cut the line off two people in front of me and said they weren’t accepting more people because they were closing at 4pm. It was 2:50. I’m sure they do great work but that was far from professional and the way you should treat customers. I get that it is busy and you have to cut the line off somewhere, but figure out where it’s going to end before you waste someone’s time. I drove 2 1/2 hours from college for this and would have come before 2 if they wouldn’t have advertised that they were taking clients until 4. So we have false advertising and unprofessional behavior. So fun."
