"Kathy couldn’t get my eyebrows nor my eyeliner tattoos right, so when I let her know my feelings she Discontinued my appointment without finishing up my cosmetic tattoos and left me in Lambo, looking for another cosmetic technician, and still got paid for her work. All I did is ask her to correct both eyebrows and the eyeliner procedure she did on me, and she said she never had a customer be dissatisfied with her work and so I should find someone else but again she still got paid never reimbursed me! Please just be aware of what you want done and what your expectations are, because sometimes paying a higher price is worth it. And Cathy this is not false advertisement, you just need to embrace the feedback!"

"Had my first Tattoo; It was done by Conner at Supernova Tattoo and am very very pleased! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and he made two suggestions for changes that really made it look much better. He was very friendly and was very patient with my indecision. He helped me decide the exact placement of the Tattoo. I was surprised at how much a difference of an inch one way or the other made! And he helped me pick the exact colors that I wanted.
