"I asked for a pedi /mani and a specific technician. After waiting for a bit, the guy at the first station instructed me to pick out my colors. I responded I already know what color I want for the nails and that I don’t use color on my toes. He confirmed “nothing on your toes”, to which I responded “correct, no color, nothing on my toes.” After the mani the technician acted as though she was done. I asked about the pedi I requested, to which the previous guy said I told him “nothing for my toes, so they booked the time slot and no longer had the time to do my pedi. “ Needles to say I went home without a pedi and very upset since the main reason I went in was for the pedi."

"I have been going to this nail salon the last 4 times I have had my nails done. I have never been disappointed and I have had multiple nail techs do my nails there. They are very professional and great at what they do! Pictured below is the Dip polish- French (pink and white) ombré. I am a nurse and wash my hands soooo many times a day I have never had any chipping or lifting ! And I can go about 3 weeks without a fill."
