"Although the location is beautiful and the layout was beautiful the service Tech that gave me my treatment had a poor attitude. . My ring finger nail was cut lower than the bed of the nail which which made it look very odd. I Figured oh well it'll just grow out but after A-day or 2 I asked if i could come back in to have it repaired or something else done. I traveled over 20 miles to get to the location only to be told that there was nothing that they would offer me and any changes or services would be at full charge. Yes, I was disappointed that they could/would not offer anything. She actually got up and walked away and went back to cleaning other stations Out of 8 seats they had 2 customers. Hopefully your experience will be better I won't go again so I won't know. I wish I could say my request to call back in went well. When I called the male manager answered the phone. (He vanished to the back of the salon the first day and made no attempt to address my concerns.) He advised me the techs name was Kim. Yes. Kim. I advised him that again I was not pleased with the cut being down lower than the cuticle. Normally, a tip is added on the fingernail to even the hand out. He advised me that I could come in and he would give me 50% off of a full set. I advised him I was not pleased with the manicure either and advised him Kim may need more training. I asked if I could do another treatment of some sort at 50% and he told me NO! I would have to just have my nails done. So....again I will not be going back. The 2nd picture that I added is from A V Nails out of St. Charles Mo my tech is Andy! I'm just saying......"

"This place is getting horrible. I've been going there for a few years now and I get it they had to increase cost but I am so disappointed so I'm going to search for another Nail Salon. My nails are a mess. I don't understand why the nail tech put tips on top of my real nails. He said it was better for my nails but I had to go back the next day and have him to cut my real nails from under the tips because dirt was in between my nails and the tips. Ugh yuck. Also I let this lady do my pedicure who I knew doesn't do a good job, so I took a chance and allowed her to not only do a horrible job on my toe polish but cut one of my toes. My nails were supposed to be coffin shaped and not all of them were."
