"Pure trash. Myself and 2 daughters have been going to Bintu's for YEARS. Several years back, they kept to their word of getting to you and having you in and out in an acceptable timeframe for braids. Quality of service has dropped tremendously! After a negative encounter about 3yrs back with BOTH my daughters hair, I started not to return at all but my youngest preferred to try them again. She's been twice since then and it seemed "okay" but today, just like a previous bad experience - 5hrs went by before they even STARTED. Add to that, an add'l 4 hrs to finish the style. NEVER AGAIN!"
