"The service I received was very poor. The nail tech I had was more concerned with talking to his coworkers and cleaning than doing a good job. When cutting my cuticles he made me bleed, when filing the nails he filed into my skin. He didn’t stop but continued. After he finished filing he sprayed it with alcohol and it was not pleasant to say the least. He started coughing all over his hands and didn’t wash them and he left me unattended for 10 minutes without saying a word. He burned my skin with water, burned it with the hot stones and the paraffin wax. The 24 minute massage was a joke it was 2 minutes on each leg and it was like he was petting my leg. The actual application was a joke. Once I got home I had to clean the polish off my skin. It’s been 2 days and it is already chipping. I am in the beauty industry as well so I do have higher expectations but this was the worst service and experience I have ever had."

"I went in today, Sunday 2/27 for a pedicure. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. The place was filthy!! Chair trays not wiped down, the tub for water did have a plastic wrap on it(1 positive), the area around the water sprayer was so gross, the floors were awful!! I got the Deluxe pedicure. Not near the amount of time spent on me that should have been. No lengthy foot rub, no pushing back of nail cuticles and clippping....just a rush job or lack of training. Won't go back!!"

"I ordered 2 wigs and the color of one is too dark for me. Goldenmart is refusing to allow exchanges or refunds, using COVID-19 as their excuse. Do not order from them if you are unsure of color or size. Will not order from them again!"
