"I went in about a week ago to get my nails done. As you can see from the photos they weren’t done right. After a week of having them there is already lifting and one nail has already popped completely off like a press on. And how I KNOW they weren’t don’t correctly was because I didn’t even notice it came off until I was looking at my nails therefore it didn’t hurt meaning they weren’t applied right. I called the shop to ask for a partial refund not even a full one and the manager told me that they don’t do refunds and that I must’ve done something wrong because everyone else’s nails are fine except mine. Keep in mind when I was getting my nails done the nail technician told me she had only been doing nails for a couple months now so obviously she was an inexperienced which resulted in my nails lifting and falling off after just a week of having them . I told the manager that on the phone and he blew me off and said that I must have the wrong nail shop because all his nail technicians I’ve been with him for 10+ years. This obviously wasn’t the case because the lady who did my nails told me different when I asked her how long she had been doing nails."

"Judy is great. She knows what looks good, and I was very pleased with the skin fade she did for me. I highly recommend her. Additionally the shop was very welcoming and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The location is easy to find. I will definitely be coming back to see Judy again soon."
