"I went yesterday and got a full set of nails done for my wedding and the lady that did them complained about the design that I wanted so she didn’t do it exactly how I asked and then it hasn’t even been 24 hours and several of the diamonds she put on my nails have fallen off. I even paid extra for wedding nails and now I’m gonna have to get them re-done."

"Was going here for over a year with no complaints. Last time I went, it was a technician I've never seen. Looked ok but broke a nail that night. Went up the next day to get it fixed, the owner fixed it. Broke another nail that night too. Haven't gone back since then. The tech I had apparently did a terrible job. The owner was speaking veitnamese to a co-worker and sounded really upset after a glimpse at my nails. DO NOT GO ON FRIDAYS! SUPER BUSY!"

"Let me start off with the positive. The nail salon is clean, Covid-19 friendly, and has a variety of nail polishes. However, they are overpriced and some of their nail techs are not able to complete certain services. Here’s what happened: I walked in on Saturday to get my nails done and they kindly serviced me although they were not taking walk-ins. I paid $60 dollars for a gel-pedicure and $50 for a full-set. The going price in MS in upscale salons for gel pedicures is $45-50 and full set is $30. Saturday night my thumb nail broke. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive back to get my nail fixed. I come back Sunday and the nail techs are badly talking about how thin the acrylic was applied. Instead of fixing all of my thin nails. The nail tech fixed the one broken nail and charged me for gel color, $30 dollars but accidentally swiped my card for $25. So, I paid $75 dollars for a bad full set. I should have not been charged a dime for this service. The number 1 rule in business is keeping your paying customers happy and satisfied. I will not be returning!"
