"Was a walk in. I was greeted by staff. Service was ok. My tech was not focused and distracted, she kept looking around, watching the tv, and trying to keep up with conversation without adding to it. She wasn't talking but still distracted by the conversation. I got gel polish on a Thursday and was peeling on Saturday, on several nails. The clear coat was not applied on all the polish. On one thumb half the polish peeled off and had to remove the rest. The other thumb the clear coat cracked. It is very unprofessional to eat in front of any client and on the equipment in a semi sterile field. Add a sterile processing tech I know sterility. Every place get a second chance, that's why customers try bad service again. So, I will repeat service. Also, when you mess up don't place blame on other places or be "snide" to unhappy customers."
