"The owner was really nice and explained everything to me, he was able to spot what I was unhappy with at the last place and fixed it while explaining what he was doing, I haven't stopped staring at my nails, they are beautiful and feel amazing! Definitely making this my go to place!"

"I've been going to Number One Nails for the past 7 years, things started out pretty good, but now the service is starting to get ridiculous!!!! There's always a shortage of tech's now, and the one's that you do get to service you, they rush and do a very sloppy job on your nails, and feet!!!! And some of the nail tech's have the nerve to not want you to complain!!! I've had a nail tech remove gel polish off my nails, but she scrap and dug so hard into my nails to remove the gel polish, that it left indentions in my nails ? ? I 've also had a nail tech who has nick my toes several times and scrap and dug into my toes so hard that they bled!!!! And they have the nerve to respond with it's okay ? and don't worry ? It's okay!!! And what really upsets me is that I 've given them tips even when they did a lousy job ? on my feet and hands!!! Number One Nails ? needs to give better customer service or I will be looking for service somewhere else!!!!!"

Pepper did an amazing job and everyone was so nice! I will be coming back for sure. Service is great and amazing job on my nails and even great prices! Being opened on Sunday’s is a bonus!
