"I mistakenly bought the wrong hair and right after I tried to get them to let me get the right hair that was cheaper. I even said they could keep the extra money, I just wanted the right hair and the lady was unwilling to work with me. I understand that they say no exchanges, but when I barely left your store and willing to let you keep the extra money and you’re still unwilling, that’s not customer service! I’ve spent so much money there with how expensive hair is and I’ve never tried to switch before. Doesn’t sit right with me!"
