"I will never go to another Hair Salon. The staff is very down to earth and friendly and they more than know what they are doing! As someone who aspires to do hair, I was asking questions about each product they would use and even how the colouring on my hair would... WORK and they didn't have to read any labels, any bottles. They just KNOW hair. I even went to them for my prom updo, which also had stellar results. Mind you I wear a shaggy mullet with shaved sides. My hair is a little edgy and complicated and Beth rocked it! They are truly skilled in their craft and the results always come out stunning! Keep up the amazing work ladies, and thank you for helping me with my colour process!"
"Apparently a nail tech in training was allowed to perform my pedicure— I was not made aware of it. After noticing he wasn’t doing a professional job, I became worried but tried to be patient. I asked for a French tip and painted the tip part without putting down a base coat. Then another technician cleaned up the French tip but did a rush job. The apprentice cut some of my nails too short and the overlook was unprofessional. It looked like I did it at the house. I told them I was not pleased with the service several times but I was not offered any type of resolution other than my toe nails were crooked. They weren’t crooked when I entered the establishment. They were crooked because you let somebody practice on me. I paid and went to another place to get my dip done. They were not getting another dime out of me. One day later and my French tip is peeling bad. I am very frustrated and out of $35. I won’t return. I didn’t ask for anything free. I just wanted my situation rectified in a professional manner and it wasn’t."
