"The staff is super friendly, the place is so clean and cute! BUT this was the WORSE and most EXPENSIVE Brazilian wax I have ever experienced. It was extremely painful, all the hair could NOT be removed... and it wasn't even a full Brazilian (didn't get my crack). I didn't want her to keep going honestly because it was soo painful! Yes, it has been a while since I've gotten a wax... but whenever I gotten a wax, it had NEVER been this painful... She did my eyebrows in addition because of this experience. Maybe I'll go back for my nails.. because they do good nails.... I'm woozy from the whole thing and going to take a nap... GOODBYE."
