"I took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Everything seemed great at first (of course she cried after getting them done). However, about two weeks later, I noticed her left earlobe become swollen. The rod was way too small for her ear to heal. Had to take her to the ER to remove both, for goodness sakes she is 4 YEARS OLD! How will you insert such a small clasp to her ear???? I'm beyond livid/horrified/traumatized, it was bleeding and extremely painful. Do not take your young child to this place. I regret it with all my heart"
