"Had my nose and ears pierced. Kyle was the best. Quick, professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my piercing experience. Definitely planning to go back in a few months. Oh and the place was immaculate, all infection control protocols in use. I felt very safe being pierced here."

"Very poor customer service. The woman who cut my hair didn't seem to care how I looked amd was just ready for her day to be over. She was very aggressive with moving my head. My brother had the same experience when she was cutting his hair aswell. Dont recommend. The only reason im giving this two stars is because the other hairdresser seemed nice and I could of had a better experience if I got her."
