"Brought my daughter in for a nose piercing. Came out very next morning. The nose ring was not properly secured. Went back to the establishment next day, owner was not in...called then received a text asking for me to text as they were not available to answer the phone. I texted. .no response. Called numerous times for two days no answer. Worse customer service, totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. Very unorganized as well."

"The male piercer there is amazing both times I went in I got two Piercings. In and out really fast, he went over the aftercare details really well and he 100% was very comforting and super friendly I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends, everything’s clean and they 100% take your feelings into consideration, i went today and was very nervous about my lip piercing and he definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable with getting it, he’s overall super friendly, fast and great at what he does, he did two nose piercings, my lip and belly button in the past few months all super fast and amazingly done!! I won’t be going to another place other than here, my boyfriend loves the energy at this place so much he’s even thinking about looking at this place for a few tattoos"
