"I scheduled an appointment to get a tattoo with Freddy and left $100 deposit for the appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early for my tattoo at 3pm and he wasn’t there. Even though the shop opens at 12pm. I was told by someone at the shop to try calling. I tried calling 3 times with no answer. About 45 minutes later I get a text saying to come an hour later at 4:00pm. I text back saying I’m at the shop since I am from out of state, so I’ll wait. 4pm comes and goes. He still is not there. Finally after 4:30pm Freddy and his wife show up. Walk-in, no apology or anything and just says I’ll get setup. I ended up sharing what I am looking to get which was a very simple quote and I provided the font I wanted it in. The wife comes and shows me a Microsoft word version that is nothing like what I asked for and when I tried clarifying what I am looking for she was very annoyed and said it’s basically the same tattoo. It wasn’t even close. I finally was watching the clock and it was already after 5pm and I had wasted my entire afternoon waiting for Freddy to show up and then I was produced with a Word version that took no prep work at most 30 seconds to come up with. I decided to just ask for my deposit back and leave. They said I wasn’t getting it back even after I explained that I was waiting for over 2 hours for them to show up. They said too bad that’s what you’ll get at any other tattoo shop. I was also told to just hurry up and get it now because he had another client coming in at 6pm. That would give them at most 45 minutes to do at least a 2 hour tattoo. Again no apology and no refund. I tried to reschedule but they won’t return my phone calls or text messages. They took my hard earned money but at least I didn’t leave with a permanent mistake on my body. BEWARE! His art might look okay but the customer service is TERRIBLE!! They are just in the business of scamming people!"

"Went in to get a piercing fixed from another shop’s mistake. First impressions are everything and this shop is 10/10 has a great feel, very clean, and amazing team of people. Jen explained everything throughout the process of what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the end goal was. She was very knowledgeable on the medical side of things she truly cares about the people in her chair. Would highly recommend she is amazing!!!"
