"I scheduled an appointment to get my back tattoo after seeing Freddy’s work. They took my $100 deposit and scheduled me for an appointment at 3pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and no one was there. I waited for 3 hours and I kept calling and texting Freddy with no response. Finally an hour and a half later I am told that he is on his way to the shop. He finally showed up around 6:00pm. He didn’t seem fully with it either. His wife Jessica was extremely rude and did not offer an apology and instead said that there was no need for me to worry about the delay because he can tattoo me really quickly. At this point his next scheduled client had showed up. I told them that I needed my deposit back because I had to go to work in a half an hour anyway. Jessica said I would not get my deposit and that all shops operate with poor customer service like they do. I am so disgusted with Freddy and Jessica. I will never recommend or use this shop again. They scammed me out of $100. I think the deposit should be refunded if the artist can’t show up on time. I’m so angry with this place because I had been saving up to get this tattoo done and there goes $100 with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth! 10/10 would not recommend this dump!!!"

I'm definitely coming back for the yearly touch ups. She calls a day prior to your appointment and goes beyond to keep her clients happy. Beautiful work, clean and professional."
