"They use piercing guns here and didn't bother to make sure my piercings matched so it looked sooo uneven. I thought maybe it was the swelling from the piercing gun and looked closely when I got home and was in tears about how bad they looked. Red flags I SHOULD have considered but didn't: 1) piercing gun 2) didn't get a choice in jewelry and wasn't offered to check them out before putting them in 3) piercer did not put the ink dots on both sides, make sure I liked the placement, made sure it was even etc. (Just went in and pierced, did not hand me a mirror at any point to check it out and confirm) These are things I take responsibility for too, because I should have done more research but am a novice in this area. Now I know. 2 stars because they offered to redo it, but I was definitely NOT going back after that experience... I'm out $80 but it's on me for not speaking up the moment he brought out the piercing gun. (We had also already paid at that point)"
