"I've been visiting this shop for quite a few years and recently had a poor experience that I cannot overlook. I showed up for my appointment I made online--full disclosure, I was 5 minutes late which is my fault. The person I made an appointment with was working on another gentleman and the person at the counter was busy on her phone so I took a seat. After waiting for 45 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, I got up and left. I made an appointment with another establishment in town (referred to me by a friend) the next day and received tremendous service. I'm not sure what happened here and am unable to tolerate poor service from any business. If you are in need of a referral somewhere else, I'd be happy to provide."

"horrible experience. the lady who did my nails was VERY RUDE! i asked for a fresh full set and she wouldn’t give me one kept saying i should get a refill. charged me $50 for a refill with regular white polish and did a horrible job painting them and shaping. i asked for square it looks like a mixture of square and oval. i would not recommend going there!!! horrible customer service."
