"I first came to the shop about seven years ago and got a tattoo by the artist Spider, who has not worked there in years. I enjoyed that work. My sister went there a few years ago and had a large Dreamcatcher done on the side of her body by a different artist, which she liked, though he no longer works there. About three years ago, she got a Roman numeral 3 (III) on her wrist by a third artist, but the line work was not ideal. Most recently, I was considering getting another tattoo here. I called last Saturday to make an appointment with yet another artist. I sent my deposit and waited for the day that I was going to get my tattoo. The morning of the appointment, I could not get a hold of the artist by our appointment time. By the time he contacted me, it was 45 minutes past when we were supposed to meet. He said he hadn’t received my deposit and didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I sent confirmation of the deposit being sent four days earlier. He then offered to have someone else do my artwork, which I declined. It seems like they may change artists pretty often. There doesn’t seem to be much consistency. And my appointment was not scheduled, even after I sent my deposit, showing a lack of professionalism, not to mention the different artist recommendation. I had looked into his work, and I wanted my work done by him, not some artist I knew nothing about. I will not be returning."
