"I’m not the one to make posts about stuff like this but here I am. If you plan on going to Jekyll and Hyde in Hurricane.. DON’T. I got my Tragus done on the 17th of March for my friends birthday and there was so many red flags. 1. Waiver form was half a page long and looked like it was written by an 8th grader (wasn't even a waiver. It was a covid waiver) 2. Didn’t ID us. 3. Didn’t use proper sterilization. 4. He pierced it diagonally instead of evenly. 5. Recommend Bactine to heal piercings and said saline is a "myth" whenever it states on bactine not to use on punctured wounds. 6. He pierced us with plastic which is not fda or cdc approved. I also messaged the piercer about these issues I’ve been having and I got blocked. I saw multiple other piercers for their opinions and they said it wasn’t done right and one even begged me to let them take it out because of how bad my ear looked. I let said piercer take it out and I discovered the silver was painted on and it was actually plastic, which if you have piercings you know that the healing process eats away with plastic. Andrew claims it was hypo allergenic but just because jewelry is hypo allergenic doesn’t mean that it’s good for implantation. Not only my ear but 2 of my other friends are having issues with theirs as well. I just thought I’d share my experience just incase any of you were thinking about going there, my recommendation is 0/10 don’t. Very unprofessional. Oh and not to mention he was vaping while doing our piercings."

"Wanted to buy two 5packs of coils. Was told if I buy 4 I’ll get 5th free. $29 a pack. Asked my husband to call 2 days later and guess what? They are $25 a pack! What a great deal I got! Wow! Love supporting local businesses! Well I guess I will support a different one from now on! I understand it’s difficult times but for everyone! Us regular shoppers as well!"
