"Our artist we originally scheduled with (Troy) for 3 people had to cancel for reasons beyond his control which I completely understood. But he kept in touch with me and provided excellent customer service to try and get us accommodated. We were willing to get just one of us done instead of all 3, the appointment was important as it was for my cousins first ink. Called and talked with Jason, not only did he get us squeezed in but was able to do all 3 of us as originally planned. He did a great job on all of our tattoos and was really great to work with. I'll be back for myself and another first timer."
