"It was a Sunday and about 30 minutes till 6 PM when the shop was closing. I called and asked if there was any way they could still do some work for me and my sister. The girl who answered the phone said absolutely no problem and allowed us to come on in. There were 2 different artists that stayed late so that my sister and I could get matching sister tattoos.. And we absolutely love them ! I love this tattoo parlor it's been around for a very long time and I will always recommend to go to Redbeards for a tattoo."

"I was contacted a few times about my appt time. The day before my appt, I agreed to a later time due to an artist emergency. Then I was contacted again saying I can come in earlier the day of. I was 10 min late due to traffic but wasn’t contacted. The artist said he sat someone else because I was late. So he tried to pass me off to another artist seeing if he could have his client change their appt time. That didn’t work. Then the artist who was suppose to do my tattoo stated that the client before me was late and thats why I had to wait although I was asked to come in earlier. So he asked me to wait or come back 2hrs later. I decided not to come back at all because my time was already wasted and I was flexible enough. I had talked to Mark about my appt a month prior but wasn’t told about a deposit to secure my appt until the week prior. I wasted 2hrs of my day driving to and from the establishment and a deposit that was suppose to secure my spot. Nor was a late policy mentioned through any of my contact with anyone."
