"Worst place ever to get piercings done! I went in a year ago and got both my helix piercings done and a nose ring and they all 3 got infected! I had to take my nose ring out it got so bad. The lady didn't wash her hands and blood was dripping for a good while afterwards. It was so fast! I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes. And I just went in tonight to get new helix jewelry (keep in mind I have never changed my jewelry) and I bought a gold hoop and when I got out to my car to put it in it was too big and wouldn't fit in my hole! So I went in and showed her and the lady claimed she didn't peirce my ear that size (when she did) and then offered to put it in for me for 5 dollars but it would not fit? I didn't want her to give me another infection so I just walked out. She was so rude and unprofessional! She told me I picked it out and didn't know what to tell me. She was just so rude. You would think they would have better customer service and help me out but no."
