"I was returning to TN because of death in the family, so I had everything removed so I could make a fresh start. Service started out great ended badly. Because of Manager... I had a pedicure done gel polish. Horrible. I called the Mgn over after right foot was done.. the lady doing my pedicure didn't speak great English...Manager said it be fine... im thinking she's going to help her,, she spoke to her in Chinese..met Danny who does an amazing job with ombre. After my nails are done my toes looked horrible and they just kept caching it on trying to fix it. I'd been there 4 hours. Finally I insisted, this Manager tells me come back tomorrow we will paint just your Big Toe. And I forgave this nasty spirit. So I thought 2 weeks later let me give them another chance to turn the first bad experience around. Danny was the only reason 8 gave them another chance. Went back pedicure done great job different lady than before. Nails done once again - Danny amazing.! Wednesday my nails are coming up as you see in the pictures, I get back to Diamond on Saturday ( I work from home) I was really careful. Spoke to a guy he tells me he will fix it just come back after 5 less busy... I said ok I'll try. I ask will you be here? He replied I will be here all day. I said ok. I made it back and the Female Manager the same one who made the first visit miserable. Said they will fix it but anything after 3 days I have to pay. I explained kindly that I was very dissatisfied as a customer 119.00 i paid and 4 days later I needed to go somewhere to get a repair. My nails were not broken. This was horrible ? and this is the 1st time that I've ever given any company a bad review. I'm a business owner myself but this is just BAD ? ?"

"Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got a text last minute to cancel and reschedule. After a back and forth he says it's not a big deal he'll come in at the time I booked the appointment. (If it wasn't a big deal then why did he cancel it initially?) Anyway this haircut is $40, most expensive fade I've ever had. And after driving over a half hour to try this place out I can confidently say I won't come back. It's definitely not worth the price. A good fade usually takes 45min-1hour. This guy finished in 26 minutes. After taking a shower I noticed several hairs the his clippers didn't cut. Not only that but the fade isn't even on both sides or even faded that well. He gives you the mirror as if you're the barber to find any irregularities. A good barber takes their time and makes sure their haircut is good. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Tail waggers did an amazing job today with my sweet boy. We used to bring our puppy to Petsmart grooming but after several bad experiences we decided to give tail waggers a shot. Well let me say I HIGHLY recommend using them. They were patient and worked with my puppy. I’m head over heals with his new cut. Thank y’all so much ! Y’all did an amazing job."
