- "Love the location on Daytona Beach and gorgeous beach view from our room! Two nice pools and three hot tubs. The rooms are smaller, need to update large appliances, but the kitchen and bath have new cabinets, master bed is nice, everything is clean and comfortable."

"One of our favourite parks mostly because of the birding and the friendly atmosphere. Yes some of the park models look seedy but we've never been turned away. Used the laundry and library this time. Used it as our base to explore Bisbee and Tombstone. You will hear highway noise and train whistles."
