"I went and got my tattoo two weeks ago with Luis. I heard from this parlor from my two cousins who have been going to Luis for a their last few tattoos. Both of them had a very high opinion of Luis. I found his Instagram and emailed him and Luis responded very fast. Then everything went very smooth. I went to the parlor and we talked for 30 minutes discussing what I would like. And by god Luis delivered, that sketch he came up with was amazing and so well done. Another thing I appreciate is that he allowed my friend to accompany me and getting the tattoo. He does not rush you once you are there, is dedicates his time for you, and he even let me take a 10 minute break to eat my lunch with my friend. If i did not mention before but he is very kind and he listens to what you want on a tat. But he also pitches in and gives his opinion on what he thinks would look cool as well."
