"I waited 1 hr to get my nails messed up. I went in with real long nails and I came out with no nails at all. He filed mine down to nubs. All I wanted was a French tip. He didn't even take me to get fake nails put on. We stayed at the pedicure section and the water stayed cold after I told him it was cold.Worst of all, he rushed me at check out. My nails we not dry yet and I messed my thumb up twice trying to get my card out of my purse. I can see air bubbles on my nails. SMH. My service was poor."
