"I have used dipping powder for 10+ years and have been using Charming Nails for several years. My last 2 appointments have been terrible. They used to be friendly and did a great job. I went yesterday and one of my nails chipped this morning. This has never happened. The powder I had on them (put on by another salon at a cheaper rate) had been on there 5 weeks and had not chipped. I did not recognize any of the techs there yesterday. Apparently Russell and family have sold or leased the business and the new operators do not compare. I will never go there again!!!!"

"As a 28 year old woman who grew up on a ranch, I never really indulged myself in beauty routines. I never, ever wear nail polish. Today I took the plunge and got my very first manicure and pedicure, and it was amazing! I absolutely adore Richard already, he could tell I was nervous and unsure about doing this. He was so sweet to me and put me at ease immediately with his silly jokes and pleasant demeanor. He was always asking if anything hurt, if I was comfortable, and was very in tune with how I was reacting to things in between the kidding around. He even gave me an extra hand massage and free gel polish for my first time! I just asked for clear polish on my fingers, since I work with animals and do a lot of physical work, and I was worried about color chipping off and looking poorly down the road. Only $15 for the manicure and $35 for the pedicure. I cant believe I've never done this before, I've been missing out! I'm definitely going to make this a regular thing. I'm not even going to bother trying somewhere else. ❤"
