Ive shop other stores, but they have never compared this ONE (from wigs, weave, hair products, and etc) literally have everything you need at affordable prices. Crochet bundle pack they have it at this store only. So i recommend going to check them out super friendly, and friendly staff."
"There was a bit of wait- which was a bummer because I did make an appointment. But it’s always a good sign when a business is full of customer. They were kind and had a quick turn around. The tech matched what I wanted and was polite and easy to talk to. They do good work and they do it efficiently so even if they’re busy the wait won’t be long and is well worth it."
"will start off by saying that I have gone to Z Nails MANY times in the last 2 1/2 years. Easy to make appointments over my lunch with no problems. Until last week, shop owner Vivion confirmed my appointment but was not there when I arrived. Her husband Tommy started my service, she arrived late, running in the front door of the salon yelling about appointment times. She was clearly upset about something. My service has never taken longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. She seemed flustered though that she wouldn’t get my service done in time. I asked her husband if I should figure something else out, and he told me “No it’s fine”. She aggressively and sloppily completed my service. This left me with nails that were not shaped the same, uneven nails, excessive glue build up, and extremely sharp edges that kept catching on clothing. I paid for the service and tipped, leaving without saying anything because her outburst had made me so uncomfortable. I later sent her a message via Facebook telling her that I didn’t think it was fair to leave a poor review online, but the service was done poorly. Vivion messaged back and told me her husband Tommy would be fixing my nails, to come in at a specific time. I showed up, and he had no idea why I was there. Like it wasn’t explained to him. I began to explain starting with the glue build up, and he just cut me off and used a powered attachment under my nails. Wouldn’t speak to me about anything else. Dusted off the glue that wasn’t even removed well, again leaving tons of sharp edges. Dusted off my hands and says “That better”, and scooted back from his station. It was clear that he is upset about having to fix work he hadn’t done. The passive aggressive attitude the second time around was it for me. I finally got up to leave, and Vivion got out of a pedicure chair and said “That was fast, is it better”, and I should’ve said NO. However, it was clear that they did not want to really fix the whole problem as it would require starting over. I just left. Time management is not a priority, and neither is making sure you’re providing what you’re indicating. We all work hard, and having these services is a treat for us. No one should be made to feel so uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, but I will encourage you to check reviews for nail salons nearby instead, I am glad I did!"
