"I went there with my friends and was unsure if I wanted a piercing or not. I did decide on getting a forward helix. I have my daith, conch, and Tragus done and thought that it would be no big deal. She prepped me and began the piercing… I never felt so much pain with an ear piercing and it wasn’t just a few seconds.. it was way too long. It was so bad I had to tell her to stop and the needle wasn’t all the way through. Things happen… I get it and I’m very understanding. I was in complete shock.. instead of making sure I was okay. The first thing she said was… you still have to pay. It took around 5 minutes for her to get the bleeding to stop… then she continued to explain that a forward helix is a “longer” piercing. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t have explained or warned me prior to the piercing… She said I can try again… my ear was throbbing. There was no way I could tolerate that again. She said she could do a different area so I could at least have a piercing… I ended up getting a flat piercing which is still cute.. A couple days have passed now and where she tried to pierce my ear there is bruising which never happened with any other ear piercing. The place was very clean and nice. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Was disappointed with what happened. ?"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! Don’t put down a deposit if changing your mind for whatever the reason is a possibility. I put down a deposit on a tattoo and realized that this place does a horrible job and wanted to take my business elsewhere. Obviously didn’t tell them that but they refused to give me the deposit back. Not one person there said deposits were non refundable. Was messaged later and was told there is a big sign somewhere in the shop about it which I never saw. I never signed anything at all either. Terrible place. Do not recommend. Read all the bad reviews and look at all the pictures before you place a deposit."
