"The shop is nice and everyone was very friendly and accommodating, but Sara was awesome! I originally went in to get my nose pierced. She was professional, calming and pierced quickly. She went through all the aftercare and things I could expect during the healing process. Most important to me, she took her time understanding what I wanted and what my concerns and questions were. I do not live near the shop to go back casually, but she made me feel so comfortable that I ended up going back the same day to get a few more piercings that I had previously and was nervous about repiercing due to scar tissue. The process was as easy and successful as the first. I am very glad we found her!!"
