"I have been a customer of Lisa's for awhile and have referred multiple people to her, some of which have repeated their business with her more than once. However, today I sent a referral in who requested acrylic nails, and Lisa refused to do the design requested. She did a completely different design and when my referral asked if it could be fixed, Lisa said no, it was too late, that all she could do was paint over it. My referral is a young gal who didn't want to hurt Lisa's feelings by saying she wasn't happy, so she simply paid and left, then contacted me, nearly in tears. However, she showed me the nails and you can see the design bleeding through the polish Lisa painted over it with, and the design is nowhere near what was asked for. I asked Lisa to fix it and she said she would for an additional $20. I said that wasn't right, as the service paid for was not received. I asked if she could just take the nails off and refund the money. She called my referral a "ding dong" and began claiming how she was a Godly person. I told her how unprofessional it was to name call and said that was unacceptable, so none of us would be returning if that was the service we'd get. She said fine, we don't have to come back, and she then hung up on me. She will not answer calls from myself or my referral. We will NOT be returning. I had been very happy with Lisa prior to this, but this ruins everything."

"I paid for a full set of acrylics and they couldn’t do any basic thing I wanted and I understand but right after I left the gel top they put over my acrylics smeared everywhere and the guy doing my nails told me he was hungry so he was trying to hurry. The next day my nails were completely bubbled off and smeared because they didn’t cure them more then 30 seconds"

"Sadly many beauticians do not understand when I say oval framing of my face, and do a complete chop job on it, straight across, practically to my ears...I hate it, and this place was no exception, I even said trim...which should dictate very little hair being cut. I only wanted split ends trimmed. Got up to see 4 plus inches of my hair on the floor. Wanted to cry. It takes so long to grow. :( 39.99 for a cut and style..."
