"Service is extremely slow and they will make you feel like you don’t even exist. I made an appointment with the owner for 10am a day before. Show up at 10:01, no one is there. I waited 30 minutes and someone else ended up doing my pedicure but she said I can’t do the design, the other girl will do your design. I was so late that I asked if I can come back for my nails and leave after pedicure. The owner said when you come back, we will do your design for toes and asked to come back at 4. I came back at 4, I waited 2 hours for someone to do just designs on my toes. No one would answer me, when I got louder, 2 employees went out for smoke and one went in to chill. Owner kept doing the lashes for other girl and kept ignoring me. Until I gave up and left. No one cared or tried to stop me. This was their second chance. 4 months ago they did my lashes and I ended up having an eye infection and my natural lashes were gone too. They hurt and burn so much due to cheap glue and lashes they used and charged $60. Please please please watch out if you ever go there. I learned my lesson!"

"Everyone was friendly but I called to ask if they were busy and within 10 minutes of arriving they just did have 1 more technician to take me. He was super nice and was doing a great job until he scrubbed the back side of my heel so bad it started to bleed. Was very sorry and took care of the small wound but I've never had that happen before. Then waited for my fingers...I asked for a shellac manicure when I called, when I arrived, picked out my color. Another guy comes over and starts using the little machine that they use on top of my nails. Before he even started I told him how I like them short as they were. I wasn't sure why he was using the machine since I had no polish on but though maybe something they have to do to prepare for the shellac. He then brings out a box of the acrylic nails and asked me what shape...I said NO I do not want those, I am getting a shellac manicure. GEEZ! Did he even have to use that machine on my nails? 2 1/2 hours later I had the pedicure (just got the sugar scrub one) that was supposed to be 40 minutes and the shellac manicure...While I was waiting for the manicure part, a lady came in that had an appointment at 2 pm. I watched to see what time she was actually served and it was 2:30 - so what good is an appointment? I think I will keep looking for a nail salon...was so hoping this one was it, but my heel is still hurting. He did take care of putting medicine on it and a bandaid...but then after all that should have been at least 1/2 price!"

"When they washed my hair it felt so nice and relaxing. When they were drying it, they used super cool drying methods. They used the appropriate products for my exact hair type. And didn’t burn me at all while straightening my hair. The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Loved this experience! (Btw this is coming from a 13 year old)"
