"I went on Sunday about 1 hour after they opened I had 3 different people start and finish my regular manicure. I did regular polish no gel or powder. I just wanted my nails basically shaped and polished. The woman who started seemed rushed and very rough her shaping skills with the files were poor. My right thumb nail is uneven after she clipped it and filed it wrong. She used the cuticle cutters and had my pinky bleeding the entire time. A man applied my polish and dug his nail into the side of my finger while he painted mine and used his nail to scrap down the side of my nail to clean up his polish work. But his painting skills still left polish on my fingers. The polish also has a bubble texture like there was debris in the polish or something wrong with it. Overall my manicure was painful and not up to a good or even mediocre standard. I was cut and bleeding with a terrible polish job. I won’t be back!"

"Nice atmosphere but understaffed. Walk-ins are rushed so mistakes made will not be corrected. I'm on day 2 of having my set and the paint is already coming off. I also look like I need a filling as well. I just really want a nail tech that's worth my $65 gel set. Update* I used hot water soak to let them fall off easily and these were my nails after they came off. No wonder my fingers were hurting. I did not go back after a fix was offered because a simple fix wouldn't do I would need a whole new set and now this nail salon has ruined my nails so I have to wait weeks before getting another set somewhere who takes care of your natural nail. Not to mention my friend came with me to get her engagement nails and even she wasn't happy. I paid $160 for two gel sets and this is what I get."

"I am new to Joplin and looking for a good nail salon. I have been having my nails done for over 20 years. I have just an overlay on my natural nails and I like a thin overlay so my nails don't look like hoofs. The man tried to do my nails. He put the product on so thick and when I told him they were too thick, he filed just the very ends instead of the whole nail. I finally stopped him, asked what I owed and walked out and went home and finished my nails myself."
