"From what I can gather is that Bike Source was recently sold. Their customer service standards and management has gone down the drain. The sales team is rude, the mechanics think inside the “Specialized” box and if they didn’t have number of key brands dropping insane marketing dollars attracting consumers, this chain would have been out of business a long time ago. It’s so bad that I order any Specialized parts I need from a group in Austin. P.S. NEVER BY BRAIN SUSPENSION, it’s propriety and impossible to get rebuild kits for. I would rather get a Lefty, and that’s saying something."

"Ummm, I really don't like to leave negative reviews. I will start on a positive note and say that they were super friendly and kind. It was a nice little shop. But my tattoo was off center and is now driving me crazy because it is not in the center of my wrist. (It wraps around the left side and there is a decent space on the right) The design was also pretty poorly done. The the Sun is way too flat with too many "rays" and some of the waves look like shark fins. Overall, I am pretty unhappy with how this permanent "in memory of" tattoo turned out. I have worked on a plan to attempt to "fix it" as best as can be, with another shop. I write this review, because people depend on reviews to make a decision."
