"DONT SPEAK TO TINA IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU- Initially would rate my experience here -getting a manicure and pedicure from SARA…as 5 STARS hands and toes down. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job!!! However, when I came back today to try to make an appointment for my daughter to get a pedicure, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner Tina…who was so unprofessionally rude and dismissive, as if trying o make an appointment was a personal inconvenience to her, that I turned right around and walked out. We will not be back. I’d rather drive the half hour to have a pleasant encounter with someone, than feel that my business and money is a bothersome inconvenience. The only way I’d return is if Tina was not present. It’s such a shame because Sara is truly talented and professional."
