"I visited on the recommendation of a family member. I gotta tell you, I'm really disappointed. If you don't know much about cigars, maybe you'd not notice, but it's a cardinal sin for a cigar lover to sell them a dried out cigar. A cigar shouldn't crackle when you bite gently down on it, that means the humidor hasn't been maintained properly. (And for a while!) A dried out cigar burns too fast, and loses a considerable amount of the flavor in the process. Comparing prices to other cigar shops, they're selling their Drew Estate and Camacho cigars for top dollar, that price really should come with the expectation the cigars were treated with care and respect in the humidor. (Which really doesn't take much, but keeping the humidifier full each day.) I can't tell you how sad it is to see a quality 6" 52 ring stick burn up in eight minutes when it's meant to take double that time and deliver an amazing experience. Friendly people make a cigar shop enjoyable enough, but the proof is in the care and pride those shopkeepers put into the product that makes the experience. Do yourself a favor, if you want a good cigar experience, drive a bit further. I used to run a humidor when I was in college, and I would have been fired if I let my humidor go that badly. (If not severely beaten first.) I will make the haul up to Hagerstown to the smoke shop at the mall the next time I want the occasional stick, the people may not be as friendly, but they have twice the humidor space and actually take care of the stock. In the end, a quality smoke experience is far more important to me when I'm paying $12-15 for that stick."

"Very clean and sterile. They work fast. The only problem I had (which isn’t really much of a problem, just a pet peeve ?) is that the piercer didn’t have me breathe in and out for my piercing. Definitely would recommend to a friend! We’re coming back every Wednesday for new piercings <3."
