"I got my nails done on May 22, 2022. There was a slender, male nail tech with tattoo sleeves down his forearms, that was extremely rude. I asked for a marble design on my acrylic set before he started and showed him a picture. He never stated that he was incapable of completing the design. He had an attitude regarding me telling him that one of my nails was crooked once he put on the acrylic. Rudely told me that he thought it looked fine. He attempted to convince me not to get the design I originally asked for. When I was adamant about the marble design I wanted, he still attempted to do a design that I did not ask for (white flowers) on nails that I did not request it on. When I told him to take it off, he rudely told me that he did not like the design I chose and that because he did not think it would look good, he was not going to comply with my request, even though he claimed he was capable of doing the design. He told me that he was going to have another nail tech do my nails from that point forward. I have never been treated so rudely for a service that I was paying for. I spoke to the receptionist about his conduct before leaving because I was told the manager had left for the day. I’m not a new customer. I’ve been here multiple times and never had a bad experience prior to this rude nail tech. I’ve included pics of what I asked for vs what he decided to do to my nails."
