"Got my nails done only giving them a 2( dropped to a 1) because the service isn’t bad. But definitely will never ask them to do an ombré and then they charged for removing my previous nails. My nails look messy and for the pice I’ve had better. Update I take back the comment about the service I went Saturday to speak with the manager about my nails getting fixed. She asked me to come in on Sunday at 5:15 the manager that day Emily would know what was going on and my nails would be fixed. I went Sunday at the time I was told; only for the manager Emily to try and brush me off and tell me that what they did was an ombré. I explained it wasn’t that I’ve had Ombré before and it never looked spotty like the one they did. I even showed her a picture of one I had before and she said they can’t get always do the nails we see online; those aren’t real. At that point I was a bit upset because 1. It was a picture of my nails so they were real 2. She said I had only 2 options to get an ombré again or get 1 color. 3. I would have to wait. I explained I was asked to come in 5:15 to get them fixed and it was suppose to be done by Lilly. And that even thought I paid for ombré and I was over charged because Lilly charged me to remove my dip nails and they only charge to remove acrylic I would do 1 color that should be easy for them. But I was not waiting for her to finish. Lilly and the manager proceeded to speak back and forth not English or Spanish but when Lilly came to go my nails again she did them half way one hand has thicker nails than the other but at least they don’t look dirty and messy. It’s a lesson learned. I have included some of the work I’ve gotten done before and none of those set cost me as much as I paid an Sweet Nail Bar. Prices at this place do not reflect the quality you expect or the service."

"I got my eye lashes done here and they were horrible. The amount of glue the lady used was unacceptable. I contacted a licensed lash tech and she told me if I didn’t take mine off when the extensions grow it would take all of my natural lashes. Me and my best friend took them off with warm water, olive oil, and make up remover. It ended up taking half of my natural lashes. 60 dollars wasted."
