"Staff was great! Person answering the phone needs to check in with the store more. Called asked if they’re accepting walk-ins today for a mother son tattoo, he says yes! Come on down! After driving over an hour to get there they tell me it’ll be an hr and a half wait, we’ll call you, no problem. Wait 2.5 hours and ended up making an appointment that I didn’t really want to make. If the staff wasn’t so understanding I would’ve left and never came back. So thank you for that. But again, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE SHOULD CHECK AND SEE IF THE STAFF IS ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF TAKING WALK-INS. THANK YOU"

"Marco is awesome! He gave me my first tattoo ever and was so patient, talked me through it thoroughly, made suggestions, and I swear it did not hurt AT ALL. I loved seeing all the extra care he was obviously taking to be sanitary, and he kept me laughing through the whole thing too as an added bonus. He was even super sensitive to all my little quirks like the fact that I'm allergic to adhesives and quickly came up with a different solution to cover my tattoo after it was done. Seriously I could not have asked for a better experience and I plan to have Marco do several more tattoos for me. I've also had all my piercings done here by Jay who is the BEST. I seriously don't trust anyone else- I drive 45 minutes to come here because IT IS WORTH IT."
